Custom Cut Laminated Safety Glass

Laminated glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass, sandwiched between one or more layers of organic polymer intermediate film, after special high temperature pre-pressing (or vacuum) and high temperature and high pressure process treatment, so that the glass and the intermediate film permanently bonded as one of the composite glass products.

Commonly used laminated glass intermediate film are :PVB, SGP, EVA, PU and so on.

Laminated glass has high safety, because the film of the middle layer is tough and has strong adhesion, it is not easy to be penetrated after impact damage, the debris will not fall off, and the film is tightly bonded together.

Compared with other glass, it has the performance of shock resistance, anti-theft, bulletproof and explosion-proof.

Energy saving is that the inter film layer can reduce solar radiation, prevent the loss of energy, save the electricity consumption of air conditioning, and the intermediate film can buffer the sound wave vibration products, so as to achieve the sound insulation effect.

The intermediate film can block 99 percent of ultraviolet rays, delaying the fading of indoor furniture curtains.
