1.The appropriate heating temperature must be reached

The basic requirement for glass tempering is to reach an appropriate heating temperature. The selection of heating elements, temperature measuring elements, control elements, control methods, and temperature measuring points for the tempering furnace should be well coordinated, and the temperature displayed on the computer should reflect the actual temperature inside the tempering furnace as much as possible.

2.The temperature distribution inside the furnace must be balanced

During the heating process, the uniformity of furnace temperature is a prerequisite for ensuring uniform heating of glass. In theory, glass is required to be heated symmetrically during the heating process, and the temperature difference on the surface of the glass should be less than 5 ℃. Moreover, when the glass first enters the furnace, due to the direct contact between the lower surface and the ceramic roller conveyor, its contact temperature is higher compared to the upper surface, and it absorbs more heat. Therefore, during the initial period of entering the furnace, the heat absorption between the upper and lower parts is not uniform. With the extension of time, the temperature of the ceramic roller conveyor itself decreases, and the heating compensation in the furnace gradually balances, so that the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the glass can gradually reach equilibrium.
