1. Small bubbles appear on the glass as a whole: check the working condition of the vacuum pump and the vacuum degree of the vacuum gauge, and also check the sealing of the vacuum bag and whether the airway is blocked.

2. Bubbles appear in the middle of the glass: the airway drainage and drainage have not been properly handled.

3. Bubbles appear around the glass: If the high temperature heating time is too long, the high temperature insulation time needs to be shortened.

4. Foggy appearance around the glass, accompanied by bubbles in severe cases: check the dryness of the glass, the dryness of the cover cloth, and the dryness of the EVA film (pay attention to baking or extending the low-temperature insulation time).

5. The entire glass surface appears uniformly foggy: it is necessary to extend the insulation time during the high temperature period; Or there may be quality issues with the film (excluding general transparent film).

6. White mist appears locally in the middle of the glass, accompanied by bubbles in severe cases: the cause of this problem is that the glass or film in that area is damp or has water droplets.

7. The appearance of elongated large bubbles or bubble bands on glass: caused by uneven tempered glass, it is necessary to thicken the film or select two pieces of glass with good fit when laminating.

8. When tempering and laminating, attention should be paid to matching the tempered glass and maintaining consistent curvature (try to place two pieces of glass to be laminated in the same position for tempering, and the direction must be consistent; pay special attention to perforated, open, and irregular glass.)

9. When laminating two different types of tempered glass (such as 8mm 5mm, tempered white glass, tempered tea glass, ordinary float glass, tempered glass, etc.), sufficient thickness of film should be selected.

10. When tiling glass, polished tiles should be used, and the tiles should be dried and waxed.
