As is well known, the longer the glass, the greater the production difficulty, the higher the probability of defects on the board surface, the more demanding the production process and stability requirements, and the higher the challenge of glass lifting, storage, and transportation. These are all technical difficulties that need to be overcome in the production of ultra large glass.
In order to meet market demand and open up new product tracks for the company, various departments of Fujian Ruibo Glass closely cooperated and collaborated, repeatedly conducting experiments and deduction, and formulating detailed plans. Finally, by adjusting thermal parameters, optimizing process parameters, reasonably adjusting tin bath outlet temperature, and improving annealing gradients, a series of measures were taken to continuously reduce defect density and size, overcome many problems in forming, cutting, shipping, and other links, and strictly control the quality of finished products above national standards, achieving stable and continuous production of high-quality and uniform cross-section ultra large plate original glass, filling the gap in the production of Fujian Ruibo Glass ultra large plate glass. Ultra large panel glass is mainly used in large-scale construction projects and high-end curtain walls. The production of ultra large panel glass raw materials marks another solid step for Fujian Ruibo in the path of technological innovation and a new breakthrough.
