In terms of spot, the spot price of float glass yesterday was 1,629 yuan per ton, a decrease of 4 yuan per ton compared with the previous day. In the North China market, transactions were average. Some manufacturers lowered their prices, and downstream purchases were based on demand. In the East China market, the prices of most enterprises remained stable, and the middle and lower reaches mainly picked up goods as needed. In the Central China market, the prices of most enterprises remained stable, and the price of individual enterprises was reduced by 2 yuan per heavy case. In the South China market, the overall transactions were average. Today, the prices of some enterprises make up for the previous drop, and the focus of market transactions continued to decline. In the Southwest and Northwest regions, float glass remained stable, but the overall production and sales situation was average, and it was difficult to stabilize prices. On the whole, the supply of glass remained at a medium-high level. The middle and upper reaches mainly reduced prices to destock, the downstream made essential replenishments of stocks, production and sales were weak, and the pressure of destocking for glass still existed. It is expected that against the backdrop of the difficulty of spot prices rising, the futures price is still likely to fall steadily.
